Personalized 4-week training program and all of the benefits included in that package (see below)
Ability to share training videos with Jake to receive form coaching and feedback.
Videos will be shared in a folder on google drive
Jake will provide written feedback in the folder within 1 business day of the videos being uploaded
Weekly check-ins with Jake
Up to 4 15-minute zoom meetings with Jake to discuss training progress
Training video reviews for more in depth coaching
Opportunity to discuss any training questions you may have, whether related to your current training program or not.

While completing your 4 week training program you can communicate with Jake via email and he will respond within 1 business day.
This communication can include
Any questions you may have regarding your training program
Any updates you have that would impact the outcome of your programming
Any changes that you would like to be made to your program
