One hour in-person training with Jake

  • Jake will manage your workout from start to finish, including but not limited to

    • Quality warm-up to prepare you for your workout 

    • Exercise selection

    • Weight selection, loading and progression

    • Fatigue management

    • Form coaching

    • Answering any questions you may have about training and fitness

1-Hour training sessions can be purchased in packages of 3, 6, or 12 sessions.

12 Sessions: $800

1 Month Remote Training 

Personalized 4-week training program and all of the benefits included in that package (see below)

  • Ability to share training videos with Jake to receive form coaching and feedback.

    • Videos will be shared in a folder on google drive

    • Jake will provide written feedback in the folder within 1 business day of the videos being uploaded

  • Weekly check-ins with Jake

    • Up to 4 15-minute zoom meetings with Jake to discuss training progress

    • Training video reviews for more in depth coaching

    • Opportunity to discuss any training questions you may have, whether related to your current training program or not.

A 4 week training program tailored to help you reach your training goals

  • Lifting programing

  • Cardio/Conditioning programing

  • Combination of both

  • Each program is delivered using Google sheets

    • This allows the program to be a living document, accessible wherever.

    • The data management capabilities of Google sheets allows for dynamic loading progressions that update with each workout that you log

    • This also allows for seamless mid-program changes to be made if need be. 

  • Access to email communication with Jake throughout the duration of the program

    • While completing your 4 week training program you can communicate with Jake via email and he will respond within 1 business day. 

    • This communication can include

      • Any questions you may have regarding your training program

      • Any updates you have that would impact the outcome of your programming

      • Any changes that you would like to be made to your program
