Morph Performance is a Strength and Conditioning coaching business that I, Jake Morphis, own and operate. My journey into the science of fitness began about ten years ago when I started working with a personal trainer to regain my fitness after gaining weight in college.
As I spent years working out and acquiring knowledge, my passion for health and fitness blossomed. Eager to share my insights with others, I embarked on my career as a personal trainer, earning my first certification in 2019.
To further pursue my dedication to health, fitness, and sports, I returned to school while working part-time as a trainer. In the fall of 2022, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in coaching. Shortly after, in January 2023, I launched Morph Performance as my full-time endeavor.

My mission as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach is to help individuals discover how fitness fits into their lives in a way that is enjoyable, sustainable, and rewarding. Whether you're training to excel in your sport, improve daily function, or simply feel stronger and more confident, I believe that movement should be accessible to everyone.
Exercise isn't one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what excites and motivates you. While strength training and conditioning offer incredible health benefits, I understand that fitness goes beyond just lifting weights and cardio. My goal is to guide each client toward a routine that aligns with their lifestyle, whether that means overcoming chronic pain, building endurance to keep up with their kids, or taking on a challenge they never thought possible.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing my clients achieve what once felt impossible—hitting a new personal best, moving pain-free, or finding newfound confidence in their abilities. No matter your starting point, I’m here to support you in making fitness a fulfilling and lifelong journey.
