    Your trainer, Jake, will manage your workout from start to finish. These training sessions are purchased in packages to ensure that you’re able to maximize your workouts and consistently reach your goals. All training sessions include a FREE 4-Week Program tailored for your needs by your trainer.

    12 Session Package Start at $800

    6 Session Package Start at $420

  • Personalized 4-Week program

    If you feel confident pushing yourself and managing your workouts on your own but you are lacking a structure to your plan, Jake will create a totally custom 4-Week Program for you to follow. This can be a stand alone offer, or it’s included with your training session packages.

    Personalized 4-Week Program starts at $80

  • 1 Month Remote Training

    Need accountability or a well-thought out training plan? If you’re not local to the Twin Cities area or meeting in person isn’t attainable. This is a great option for people that are looking to for added support and accountability. FREE 4-Week Custom Program as well as 4 weekly accountability check-ins, the ability to share training videos, get feedback, and access to your trainer Jake for more in-depth coaching support.

  • Can include lifting programing, cardio/conditioning programing or a combination of both. This is a program that will be regularly updated to meet your needs and keep you challenged as you make progress.

  • This is an integral part of working together to allow me to create a tailored approach to your goals and ensure that your program is adequately challenging you.

  • Whether you have questions on your program, any updates you have that would impact the outcome, or if you feel that changes need to be made, you will have my direct email access and I respond within 1 day.
